The link in the email leads to a fake ICS website, where you are asked for your username and password, card number, the name on the card, CVC code and expiry date, your IBAN number, postcode and house number, and your 3D-secure password.
ICS employees will never ask you for your username, card number, password and/or PIN, either by email, phone, or in any other way.
You can recognise these fake emails by the following characteristics:
- The email is not personally addressed
- The address from which the email has been sent is not ICS’s email address.
- The link in the email leads to a website other than https://www.icscards.nl/

For some time, emails have been circulating which purport to be from International Card Services BV. The subject line of this email is ' We hebben onregelmatige activiteiten ontdekt op uw ICS-creditcard! ' ('We have discovered irregular activity on your ICS credit card!').
This email was not sent by International Card Services BV. Do not click on the link. Delete the email immediately.
